Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant auditing or accounting experience.
• Experience with PCAOB audits or familiarity with PCAOB standards is a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or related professional qualification (ACCA/ICAEW/CPA).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing audit engagements for clients across various industries.
• Perform audit fieldwork, including examination and testing of financial information, internal controls, and compliance with applicable accounting and auditing standards.
• Prepare audit working papers and supporting documentation per firm policies and regulatory requirements.
• Identify potential accounting, auditing, and internal control issues, and communicate findings to senior team members and managers.
• Assist in the preparation of audit reports, financial statements, and management letters.
• Conduct stock counts, confirmation requests, and other verification work as required.
• Liaise with clients to obtain relevant information and address audit-related queries promptly.
• Ensure audit work is completed accurately within established timelines and budgets.
• Stay updated on developments in accounting, auditing, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and continuous professional development activities.
• Carry out other related duties as required.
