Job summary

Wong Liu & Partners in Malaysia is seeking an Audit Associate to perform statutory audits in accordance with Malaysian auditing and accounting standards. A Bachelor in Accounting/Finance or ACCA/CPA qualification is required, with at least 1 year of experience or fresh graduates with practical training.

You will communicate well with clients and be able to work independently or in a team, with travel to outstation assignments as needed. Proficiency in Office software is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Accounting / Finance or professional qualifications (ACCA/CPA).
• Minimum 1 year of working experience or fresh graduates with practical training.
• Good communication skills with clients.

Responsibilities

• a) Perform statutory audit in compliance with auditing and accounting standards applicable in Malaysia;
• b) Good communication skills with clients;
• c) Ability to work independently and in team;
• d) Ability to travel outstation for job assignments; and
• e) General computing knowledge, particularly with Office software.
