Job summary

Wong Liu & Partners in Malaysia is seeking an audit professional to join our statutory audit team and support compliance with Malaysian standards. You will perform audits, prepare working papers, and liaise with clients to gather information.

This role suits graduates or those with at least 1 year of experience seeking growth in an accounting firm. The position emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and willingness to travel for assignments across the region, with a practical exposure to Office software

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Accounting / Finance or professional qualifications such as ACCA/CPA.
• Fresh graduates with practical training or 1+ year experience in auditing are welcome.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• a) Perform statutory audit in compliance with Malaysia's auditing and accounting standards.
• b) Communicate effectively with clients.
• c) Work independently and in a team.
• d) Travel to outstation job assignments as required.
• e) General computing knowledge, particularly Office software.
