Job summary

Danone Business Services APAC (DBS APAC) in APAC region seeks a Payroll Manager to lead end-to-end AU & NZ payroll and T&A processes across the business. You will ensure accurate, on-time payroll delivery, strong governance, and regulatory compliance while guiding a Payroll Specialist and coordinating with HR, Finance, and Reward.

You will drive continuous improvement, automation, and system enhancements, focusing on data quality, controls, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR/Business/Accounting.
• Extensive AU & NZ payroll experience with compliance.
• Strong T&A data accuracy and issue resolution.
• Process improvement and automation mindset.
• Leadership and people development capabilities.
• Proficiency with Frontier, Kronos, PeopleKey, and SuccessFactors.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll delivery for AU & NZ.
• Ensure accurate processing, validations, and reporting.
• Maintain payroll compliance with relevant legislation.
• Oversee Time & Attendance management.
• Coach and develop Payroll Specialist.
• Drive continuous improvement and system enhancements.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and stakeholders.
