Job summary

Arvato Systems Malaysia is seeking a skilled Jira Service Management specialist to design, configure and optimize workflows for Enterprise Service Management. You will translate business requirements into scalable Jira workflows and ensure correct routing of service requests within accounting and other processes.

You will collaborate with a Germany-based SME, contribute to testing and documentation, and help scale workflow know-how across the Malaysia delivery team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Experience with Jira Service Management administration and workflow configuration.
• Good understanding of workflow design, process modeling and service request handling.
• Ability to analyze business processes and translate requirements into practical Jira Service Management solutions.
