Job summary

Watsons Malaysia is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations in Malaysia. You will drive sales, ensure outstanding customer service, and collaborate with the Store Manager to recruit capable sales staff while maintaining optimal staffing levels.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and the ability to manage stock, shifts, and store efficiency. Malaysian citizens with retail experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Bahasa Melayu and English.
• At least 1 year of retail/F&B experience.
• Malaysian citizen.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Outgoing personality with good communication and follow-up skills.
• Pleasant personality with a strong drive and energy.

Education & Experience:

1. Minimum SPM with retail manager experience OR Diploma/ Degree in any field.
2. Required language(s): Bahasa Melayu, and English.
3. Pleasant personality with a strong drive and excellent in communication skills.
4. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the retail / F&B industry.
5. Good interpersonal & follow-up skills, adaptable and result-oriented.
6. Possess outgoing personality, positive and high energy level.
