Job summary

Watsons Malaysia is seeking a proactive retail professional to support store management in staffing, duty rosters, training, welfare, and disciplinary issues. You will help implement company policy, SOPs, and selling skills, while motivating the team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve agreed sales targets.

You will generate reports on staff turnover, sales, and inventory, provide professional services to customers, and adapt quickly to retail hours including weekends and public

Qualifications

• Possess pleasant personality and good communication skills.
• Candidate must possess at least a SPM /STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate in any field.
• Good interpersonal & follow-up skill, adaptable and result oriented.
• Able to work retail hours (includes weekends and public holidays).
• Full/ Part-Time positions available.
