Job summary

V.S. INDUSTRY BERHAD in Kulai, Johor is seeking a coordinating professional to support production with accurate tagging, stock and shipment processes. This role requires basic education and office proficiency, plus aptitude for rolling shifts.

The successful candidate will work closely with production to ensure codes and serials match, maintain finish stock levels, monitor container movements, and assist storekeepers with stuffing guidance and draft shipment details.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in any field.
• At least 1 year of related experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with production to ensure part codes and serial numbers match tags.
• Update finish stock levels and confirm container loading processes.
• Ensure FIFO stock arrangement practices are followed.
• Monitor container in/out schedules.
• Ensure empty container checks before unstuffing cargo.
• Prepare draft shipment details and provide shipment lists and guidance to storekeepers on the stuffing process.

• Candidates must be able to work at Senai, Johor area.
