KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate and validate customer quotes & rebates in alignment with pricing policies, discount structures, and contract terms to ensure accurate application of rebate programs and timely resolution of discrepancies.
• Maintain pricing and rebate data in CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle).
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and meet service level agreements.
• Support audit and compliance efforts by maintaining accurate documentation and transaction records.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce turnaround times.
• Provide reporting on quote volumes, rebate accruals, and error rates.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• 1-2 years of experience in quoting, pricing, or rebate operations within a transactional or shared services environment.
• Proficiency in CRM and ERP platforms (e.g., Salesforce CPQ / Model N, SAP).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive, high-volume tasks.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work across time zones.
• Familiarity with SOX compliance and audit standards is a plus.
