Flex is seeking an Associate Production Supervisor to join our Perai, Penang site. You will oversee multiple production lines in a highly technical environment and lead a team of engineers and operators to meet quality, cost, delivery, and safety goals.

You will review performance, identify inefficiencies, and drive improvements with project teams. This role requires a bachelor’s degree and about six years of operations experience, with a focus on safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in production or manufacturing.
• Minimum 6 years of operations experience.
• Experience leading a team of engineers/officers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production of multiple processes/lines in a highly technical environment.
• Lead a team of professionals to meet quality, cost, delivery and responsiveness targets.
• Review daily plant performance and advise on changes to improve efficiency and quality.
• Troubleshoot operational problems and implement resolutions.
• Coach operators to improve performance and capability.
• Collaborate with engineers to develop improvement projects.
• Provide technical/operational advice to project teams.
• Prioritize production schedules to meet customer requirements.
• Assist in budget planning and manage department expenses.
• Ensure safety training and compliance for all manufacturing personnel.
