Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Insurance qualifications or related professional qualifications.
• At least one year of experience in handling claims.

• High level of integrity, accountability and good teamwork attitude.

• Attending queries from agents, brokers and insured

• Attend to daily mails & walk in customer
• To provide technical and operation support to branches
• Conduct files review for outstanding claims files
• Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
• Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
• Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.

Qualifications

• Degree Holder or Diploma in Insurance Qualifications/Associate MII/CMII
• At least one-year experience in handling claims
• Claims management skills, Investigation skills, good communication skills, possess leadership/teamwork and negotiation skills
• High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
• Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
