Halliburton Energy Services (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Associate Methods Analyst to develop and refine manufacturing sequences for materials and assemblies.

You will gain experience under supervision while ensuring accuracy of plans and routings as part of a manufacturing team. The role offers progression from Associate Methods Analyst to Senior Methods Analyst based on education, experience, and business needs.

Competenze

• 1–2 years of related manufacturing experience.
• Under close supervision, learns to create manufacturing sequences.
• Reviews engineering prints and identifies tooling, sequences and routing requirements.
• Creates basic process plans and routings based on established procedures.

Job Duties

• Under close supervision, this position is responsible for acquiring expertise in creating an accurate manufacturing sequence whereby raw materials and assemblies are processed into quality finished products using the most economical and efficient means
• Work is checked during progress and is reviewed for accuracy upon completion
• Reviews engineering prints and identifies tooling requirements, manufacturing sequences, and routing requirements appropriate for manufacture or part assembly
• Creates basic and routine process plans/routings based on established procedures and standards, may assist in establishing production times for parts/assemblies, and reviews plans/routings with team leader or more experienced analyst prior to release
• Skills typically acquired through 1-2 years of related manufacturing experience
