Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Form and grow a skilled engineering team with expertise in RPA, AI/ML and DataOps.
• Foster a collaborative and growth‑oriented environment where team members continuously learn and develop their skills.
• Provide strategic direction and guidance to the team, ensuring they effectively utilize their expertise to achieve organizational goals.
• Champion the adoption and integration of RPA, AI/ML, and DataOps technologies to optimize IT operations and solve complex business problems.
• Lead the implementation of AI services and solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and delivering tangible value.
• Measure and track the success of AI‑driven initiatives, demonstrating their impact on operational and business outcomes.
• Oversee the streaming, collection, and processing of big data.
• Utilize tools and techniques to extract valuable insights and enable data‑driven decision making.
