Job summary

A healthcare organization is seeking an Associate Executive for its Graduate Medical Education team in Ipoh, Malaysia. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and logistical support, manage residency funding administration, and assist with audit preparations. Candidates should possess a Higher NITEC or equivalent, excel in teamwork and communication, and work independently. Experience in a healthcare setting is advantageous.

We are seeking an Associate Executive to join our Graduate Medical Education team. In this role, you will provide administrative, logistical and operational support to the Programme Office and Residency Programmes. Your responsibilities will include supporting residency funding administration, faculty development initiatives and survey management.

You will generate reports and information required by the Graduate Medical Education (GME) Headquarters office and other stakeholders, including the preparation of documents for audit purposes. Additionally, you will perform internal and external liaison duties to ensure efficient and effective management of the Programme Office and Residency Programmes, including providing secretariat support when required.

Job requirements:

Higher NITEC / NITEC / GCE ‘N’/‘O’/‘A’ Level

Prior work experience in a healthcare setting or training environment will be advantageous

Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Organised, responsible and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
