You will undergo structured on-the-job training and mentorship to build foundational skills in semiconductor manufacturing, data analysis, and problem-solving.**Your Job**:* Optimize WIP (Work in progress) management to maximize throughput and linearity. Allocate and deploy workforce effectively for optimum productivity. Engage specialists regularly to give feedback on performance as well as understand difficulties faced & identify potential areas for improvement. Identify potential human error issues in the fab and work on corrective/preventive actions. Resolve and handle line-related, preventive maintenance issues and understand all equipment capacity/constraint issues to identify, implement temporary solutions and work with Engineering team to resolve them. Ensure safety, discipline, and housekeeping compliance in work area by all personnel. Comply with environmental, health, safety and security (EHSS) system, policies, procedures and guidelines that are applicable to your scope of work and workplace.
