Agensi Pekerjaan HRnet One Sdn Bhd is seeking an Associate Director-level Infrastructure leader to own the organisation's Azure cloud platform. You will drive automation, governance, and cost optimisation while mentoring engineers in a regulated environment.
Your role involves shaping enterprise-scale architecture, working with governance, risk, and enterprise architecture teams, and delivering secure, compliant cloud solutions at scale.

As part of this journey, the organisation is investing in a secure, automated, and cost-efficient enterprise cloud platform, underpinned by strong governance, modern observability practices, and a growing engineering culture.
This is a technical leadership role at Associate Director level within the Infrastructure function. The role takes ownership of the organisation's cloud platform - driving automation, resilience, governance, and cost optimisation, while providing technical leadership and mentoring across the engineering team. The role operates within a highly regulated environment and works closely with governance, risk, compliance, and enterprise architecture stakeholders.
Design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade, secure Azure cloud environments aligned with regulatory and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with Enterprise Architects to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and roadmaps.
Operate within strict governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Integrate AIOps capabilities to enable proactive incident detection, root cause analysis, and automated remediation.
At least 10 years of experience in infrastructure engineering, with a strong focus on cloud platforms - Azure preferred.
Solid experience with Azure services (compute, networking, storage, security, identity), Azure Landing Zones, and enterprise-scale architecture, plus hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform, Bicep, or ARM.
Experience setting up observability tools, ideally Dynatrace or similar AIOps platforms.
Good understanding of security frameworks (such as NIST and CIS benchmarks) and cloud governance and compliance controls.
Experience working in highly regulated industries (such as banking, insurance, healthcare, or government), including working with or supporting enterprise architecture teams.
Strong leadership in driving innovation and transformation, with good stakeholder management and communication skills to work well in large, complex organisations.
