Job summary

TXMR NEXTECH SDN BHD is seeking a project coordination professional to assist in developing and organizing project management plans, while collecting and analyzing data across teams to balance cost, schedule, quality, and risk.

The role supports planning, execution and monitoring to ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget. Fresh graduates are welcome, with travel across Peninsular Malaysia to work with customers and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or related field).
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Capable of analyzing problems systematically and proposing effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present information clearly.
• Willing to travel and work outstation across Peninsular Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and organizing project management plans to support overall project objectives
• Collect, track and analyze project data, collaborating with cross-functional teams to balance cost, schedule, quality and risk
• Participate in risk identification and management activities throughout the project lifecycle
• Support the planning, execution and monitoring of projects to ensure completion within scope, budget and deadlines
• Prepare cost estimates and plan resources required for project activities
• Participate in procurement and contract management processes, including documentation and approval tracking
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the final deliverables meet customer requirements
• Serve as a liaison between customers, internal departments and subcontractors to maintain effective communication
• Participate in project reviews and post-project evaluations to identify improvements and lessons learned
• Support the development and enhancement of work processes, tools and project management best practices
