Job summary

Crocs, Inc. in Malaysia is seeking a capable retail candidate to welcome customers, manage daily store operations, and uphold brand standards. This role emphasizes excellent service, stock control, and teamwork within a fast-paced environment.

You will support store leadership, adapt to a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and contribute to achieving sales KPIs while ensuring customer satisfaction and a positive store atmosphere.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of retail experience with preference for candidates with prior store leadership roles.
• Flexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours, with regular attendance and punctuality essential functions of this position.
• Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our C.H.A.R.M service model.
• Assist with daily retail operations, including consumer service, POS system management, stock room management and replenishment, pricing and markdowns, loyalty program promotion, and maintaining store cleanliness and recovery standards.
• Oversee store-wide operations, in partnership with Store Manager, by coordinating, delegating, and prioritizing tasks across all teams to ensure smooth execution and timely completion of daily responsibilities.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about current product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives, and sharing this knowledge with consumers.
• Adhere to all Crocs policies, including Asset Protection procedures, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives.
• Models best practices and partners with Store Management to drive sales performance, leveraging proven techniques to improve KPIs and inspire team success.

What You'll Bring to the Table

• Must be 18 years or older
• 2-3 years of retail experience with a preference for candidates with prior store leadership roles
• Flexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours, with regular attendance and punctuality essential functions of this position
• Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environment
• Proven track record inspiring and empowering teams while driving performance and achieving results
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record may be required if driving is an essential job function

• Ability to move merchandise with appropriate equipment to and from backroom and sales floor

• Ability to be on your feet for a minimum of 8 hours per shift and to continuously move around all areas of the store

• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, reports, and information on computer/register screens as well as input information into computer
