Job summary

Crocs, Inc. seeks a motivated store associate in Sabah, Malaysia to deliver exceptional customer experiences and support daily retail operations. You will manage the POS system, assist with restocking, pricing, loyalty promotions, and keep the store clean and inviting.

You will collaborate with Store Management, adapt to a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and represent the Crocs brand with enthusiasm and integrity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old and able to work in Malaysia.
• 2–3 years of retail experience; leadership exposure preferred.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.
• Demonstrated drive to succeed in a fast-growing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using Crocs service model.
• Support store operations including customer service, POS, stock, pricing and promotions.
• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards daily.
• Coordinate tasks with Store Manager to ensure timely completion.
• Act as a brand ambassador and share product knowledge with customers.
• Follow Crocs policies, asset protection, inventory controls and compliance.

Overview

What You'll Do

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our C.H.A.R.M service model
• Actively champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns, while consistently demonstrating the core values of Crocs, Inc
• Assist with daily retail operations, including consumer service, POS system management, stock room management and replenishment, pricing and markdowns, loyalty program promotion, and maintaining store cleanliness and recovery standards
• Oversee store-wide operations, in partnership with Store Manager, by coordinating, delegating, and prioritizing tasks across all teams to ensure smooth execution and timely completion of daily responsibilities
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about current product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives, and sharing this knowledge with consumers to elevate their experience and connection with Crocs
• Adhere to all Crocs policies, including Asset Protection procedures, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives
• Models best practices and partners with Store Management to drive sales performance, leveraging proven techniques to improve individual KPIs and inspire team success

What You'll Bring to the Table

• Must be 18 years or older
• 2-3 years of retail experience with a preference for candidates with prior store leadership roles
• Flexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours, with regular attendance and punctuality essential functions of this position
• Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environment
• Proven track record inspiring and empowering teams while driving performance and achieving results
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record may be required if driving is an essential job function

• Ability to move merchandise with appropriate equipment to and from backroom and sales floor
