Qualifications

• Previous experience in spa management or supervisory role in luxury/hotel setting.
• Proven leadership and ability to inspire and manage a team.
• Excellent communication; guest-centric approach; fluent English; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily spa operations and manage guest service, product quality, inventory, systems, and budgets.
• Maximize revenue by developing spa menus and implementing marketing strategies.
• Maintain spa facilities and equipment in excellent condition.
• Enhance guest satisfaction by monitoring trends and applying improvements.
• Inspire and develop the team through coaching, evaluations, and training.
• Uphold health, safety and sanitation regulations.
• Manage inventory and vendor relationships; ensure quality and cost control.
