Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels Langkawi is seeking an Assistant Spa Manager to support the Director of Spa in delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest service standards.

You will oversee spa operations, supervise team members, and assist with onboarding, training, and performance monitoring while ensuring a serene, well‑presented environment for discerning international guests.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in Spa Management, Hospitality, or Wellness preferred.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a luxury spa, five‑star hotel, or premium resort environment; supervisory or assistant management experience desirable.
• Strong understanding of luxury service standards, guest engagement, and personalized wellness experiences for international guests.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills for high‑profile guests.
• Proven ability to multitask, prioritize operational needs, and remain calm under pressure while delivering service quality.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the spa environment remains serene, inviting, and well‑maintained with ambient lighting, music, temperature, and presentation.
• Oversee cleanliness and readiness of treatment rooms, facilities, and equipment; stock supplies.
• Assist during peak periods or events by providing operational and hands‑on support.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new team members on service standards and spa procedures.
• Monitor daily operations reports, treatment revenue, and occupancy levels.

• Assist in monitoring daily operations reports, treatment revenue, and occupancy levels.

What you bring

• Diploma or certification in Spa Management, Hospitality, or Wellness preferred.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a luxury spa, five‑star hotel, or premium resort environment; prior experience in a supervisory or assistant management role is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of luxury service standards, guest engagement, and personalized wellness experiences consistent with international hotel brands.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to interact confidently with discerning, high‑profile, and international guests.
• Proven capability to multitask, prioritize operational needs, and remain calm under pressure while delivering exceptional service quality
