Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3 years security/loss prevention experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice or related major with 1 year security/loss prevention experience.

Responsibilities

• Assists in managing security/loss prevention operations and incident investigations.
• Supports hazard and risk assessments and ensures compliance with laws and SOPs.
• Promotes safety training, first aid and emergency procedures for guests and staff.
• Oversees customer service quality and collaborates with hotel teams to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintains logs, certifications and documents required by law and procedures.

Education
