Job summary

Sungei Wang Group Sdn Bhd invites applications for the Assistant Restaurant Manager position based in WP Kuala Lumpur. You will support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, supervise service teams, and help maintain high standards of food and beverage quality.

You will coordinate staff schedules, assist with hiring and training, and ensure strict health, safety and hygiene compliance. You will collaborate with kitchen and FOH teams to deliver smooth, consistent service.

Qualifications

Role Description

The Assistant Restaurant Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in WP Kuala Lumpur. This role supports the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, including supervising service teams, ensuring high standards of food and beverage quality, and monitoring guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include coordinating staff schedules, assisting with hiring and training, and maintaining compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will handle customer feedback, resolve service issues, and help implement promotions and service initiatives to improve overall restaurant performance. The role also involves close collaboration with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth, efficient, and consistent service delivery.
