You will work with Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams on planning, coordination, reporting and governance to ensure safe, efficient delivery aligned with client expectations.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Typically 10–15 years of experience in project coordination or delivery environments.
• Understanding of project lifecycles, governance, and multidisciplinary delivery.

Mansioni

• Support Project Managers in planning, coordinating, and delivering projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, risk and action registers, and reporting systems.
• Track performance against scope, budget, schedule and quality objectives.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, design, commercial, and client teams.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, minutes and documentation for stakeholders.
• Monitor risks, issues, and change requests and escalate as needed.
• Support controls including progress monitoring, cost tracking, and reporting.
• Ensure project records meet company procedures and client requirements.
• Participate in reviews, client engagements, and workshops; contribute to lessons learned.
