Role Overview:

Assist in project management, social media and digital campaign execution while supporting client engagement and campaign coordination across industries. Serve as a key support to ensure smooth project delivery and maintain strong client relationships through clear, professional communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution: Support planning, coordination, and execution of client campaigns, ensuring timelines, deliverables and KPIs are met. Assist in aligning projects with client and company objectives.

Social Media Management: Coordinate content creation, scheduling, and publication across platforms. Monitor engagement and performance, providing insights to optimize campaigns.

Client Engagement & Communication: Act as a point of contact for clients, providing timely updates, understanding client needs, and maintaining strong relationships through effective and professional communication.

Reporting & Analysis: Track campaign performance and social media metrics. Prepare summaries and insights for internal and client review.

Content Coordination: Collaborate with creative teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Ad Hoc Support: Provide flexible support for special projects, multimedia tasks, or internal initiatives as required.

Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to clearly convey ideas and updates to clients and internal teams.
