Job summary

UNIQCEN SALES & SERVICES (SOUTHERN) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks an Electrical/Electronic engineer with 3–5 years in ELV/HVAC/M&E/Data Centre projects to join our site team and drive project execution. You will coordinate with site teams, perform maintenance, installation, testing, commissioning, and provide technical support, with travel to project sites and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronic or related Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in ELV/HVAC/M&E/Data Centre projects.
• Good coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel/work at project sites.
• Pleasant personality, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently as well as a good team player.
• Possess leadership qualities.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Committed and result-driven.
• Good sense of urgency and able to work under pressure.
• Strong self-initiative and creativity.

Responsibilities

• Attend breakdown call and standby for 24/7.
• Carry out maintenance, installation, configuration, start-up, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, technical support and repairing.
• Collaborate effectively with site teams, supervisors and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards.
• Manage and update important project documents to guarantee compliance and smooth operations.
• To assist Service Desk & Service Manager to generate any Technical & RCA Report and attend for Technical Meeting/Training.
• To assist and handle all project UAT (hand over).
• To perform site survey as and when required by Service Manager or Service Admin Manager.
• To assist Pre-Sales on Design, Technical Advice and Site Survey.
• Carry out Ad Hoc task or projects for continuous work process improvement from time to time as required by the superior/ the Company.
