Job summary

DKSH in Malaysia seeks an Assistant Product Manager to support planning, execution and monitoring of marketing activities for Healthcare brands. You will help drive brand objectives, growth and visibility through promotional initiatives and stakeholder engagement.

Working cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Sales and external partners, you will contribute to launch plans, prepare materials, track KPIs and provide data-driven insights to management for informed decisions.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in pharma, healthcare, or marketing roles.
• Fresh graduates with strong academic performance may be considered.
• Ability to interpret data and translate to insights.
• Detail-oriented with strong planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of brand plans and marketing activities.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns, digital initiatives, and events.
• Assist in product launch preparations and market entry.
• Prepare marketing materials in collaboration with Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, and external agencies
• Monitor campaigns and track progress to deliver outcomes
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitors to inform strategy
• Prepare monthly performance reports and KPI updates
• Assist in sales forecasting and inventory monitoring
• Coordinate educational programs and events to engage healthcare professionals
• Support KOL engagement activities and field feedback
• Collaborate with Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, and vendors
• Coordinate with principals to advance brand objectives
• Administrative duties including budget tracking, purchasing, contracts, approvals
