Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking an experienced operations supervisor to plan, coordinate, and oversee daily service schedules for professional cleaning, sanitization and pest control operations. You will ensure timely delivery, maintain records, and resolve issues to sustain service continuity.

The role requires strong leadership to train and support field staff, manage team performance, and coordinate logistics.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in service operations, team supervision, or account management.
• Practical understanding of standard workplace health and safety protocols (EHS).
• Familiarity with specialized site maintenance or exterior building upkeep is an advantage.
• Strong track record in supervising site staff, managing performance, conducting trainings, and handling team welfare.
• High proficiency in verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Result-oriented, organized, and adaptable, with solid project management and client handling abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Address and resolve operational issues promptly to maintain service continuity.
• Serve as the main point of contact for key stakeholders. Conduct regular review meetings, handle inquiries or feedback, and tailor solutions to meet client requirements.
• Lead, train, and support operational staff. Oversee team scheduling, performance appraisals, on-the-job coaching, and logistics such as transportation or accommodation arrangements where applicable.
• Perform regular site inspections to verify work quality and rectify any service gaps. Enforce Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) protocols to ensure a compliant and secure working environment.
• Support operational budget planning, track expenditure, and oversee site equipment, supplies, and materials to prevent shortages and optimize usage.
