Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in managing ESH / SQM portfolio.
• Experience preferably in the upstream palm oil industry operations.
• Strong knowledge of HSE Assurance, Incident Investigation and ESH Management System requirements.

Responsibilities

• Strategise and implement activities for HSE Assurance.
• Ensure effective implementation of incident investigation processes.
• Guide Regions in preparing and maintaining ESH policies.
• Guide Regions on development and implementation of HSE Assurance, Incident Investigation & Learning and ESH Management System Plan and programs.
• Assist Regions in the preparation and maintenance of Policies, Procedures and Instructions.
• Act as custodian of ESH Assurance and Incident Investigation processes and support investigations.

If you think this opportunity is right for you, we encourage you to apply!**Job Description:*** Strategise and initiate implementation of activities to deliver the job purpose as described above* Ensure HSE Assurance, Incident Investigation & Learning and ESH Management System requirements are effectively implemented within the OUs* Accountable for the role of Process Owner on SOP related to HSE Assurance, Incident Investigation & Learning and ESH Management System . To identify the relevant SOP with relevant team members to ensure that they are adequately identified and controls to mitigate associated risks as are adequately mitigated. Act as an owner to initiate approval process on deviations once advised by the region.
