Job summary

Kwasa Land in Malaysia seeks an experienced ERM professional to coordinate the implementation and enhancement of the company’s Enterprise Risk Management framework, aligning risk activities with strategic and operational objectives.

You will facilitate risk identification, assessment and monitoring with departments, maintain risk registers, monitor KRIs, support BCP and BIA activities, coordinate governance, and prepare management reports for boards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation and enhancement of the Company’s ERM Framework to support the achievement of Company’s strategic and operational objectives.
• Facilitate risk identification, risk assessment and monitoring exercises with departments and business units.
• Review, maintain and consolidate departmental risk registers and monitor key risk exposures across the organization as well as tracking mitigation plans.
• Monitor emerging strategic, operational, financial, compliance and reputational risks that may impact the Company.
• Monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), prepare risk dashboards, heat maps and reports for Management and Board Committees. Coordinate implementation and periodic review of Business Continuity Plans (BCP).
• Facilitate Business Impact Analysis (BIA) reviews, BCP testing, simulation, exercises and readiness assessments.
• Coordinate the implementation and monitoring of compliance and governance frameworks across the organisation, including internal policies, delegated authority limits and operational procedures.
• Coordinate and monitor the closure of audit findings arising from Internal Audit, External Audit and regulatory reviews. Track regulatory changes and assess business impact on Company operations.
• Support governance, integrity and policy review initiatives all across departments. Serve as secretariat for risk, compliance and BCP committees. Maintain and follow up compliance register and monitor regulatory obligations.
• Prepare management reports, presentations and committee papers, as well as quarterly and annual reports on risk, compliance and business continuity matters.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Head of Department and /or Management from time to time.
