Review existing processes and procedures (SOPs / Work Instructions) to identify opportunities to increase their effectiveness and efficiency, including automation potential.
Conduct root‑cause analysis of process inefficiencies and develop practical, actionable recommendations for automation or process redesign.
Prepare clear, well‑documented findings, including cost‑benefit / ROI analysis, to support management decision‑making on proposed improvements.
Conduct on‑site, face‑to‑face reviews with process owners and branch staff to validate how procedures are actually performed in practice, not just as documented.
Work independently and manage own workload effectively, with minimal supervision, to meet assigned deadlines.
Ensure all project deadlines and milestones are consistently met, proactively escalating risks or delays where necessary.
Track progress against the agreed review plan/timeline and report status to management on a regular basis.
Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders (branch operations, IT, compliance/risk) to assess the feasibility of proposed automation solutions.
Support the rollout and change management of approved process improvements, including staff briefings where required.
Travel to branch locations, including overseas as required to complete on‑site procedure reviews.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Industrial Engineering, Aviation or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience in banking operations, aviation operation, business process improvement, business analysis, or a related discipline.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and process‑mapping skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with process‑mapping tools (e.g. Visio, Lucid chart) is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Willingness and ability to travel overseas for extended periods.
Valid passport with no restrictions on international travel.
Strong self‑motivation and proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent time management, with a track record of consistently meeting deadlines under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and structured, analytical thinking.
