Qualifikationen

• Minimum education: SPM/STPM/Diploma/ Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Commerce or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; 1 year sales experience in banking/auto financing is a plus.
• Strong communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia; interpersonal skills.
• Must have own transport for dealer visits and roadshows.
• Malaysian citizen.

What You Will Do

Sales & Relationship Management

• Drive Growth: Exceed monthly sales targets by securing quality auto loans aligned with management portfolio strategies.
• Build Partnerships: Cultivate and expand productive relationships with car dealers, sales advisors, and customers.
• Group Synergy: Leverage the broader Hong Leong Group network to cross-sell financial solutions and generate referral leads.

Credit Evaluation & Customer Advisory

• Champion Due Diligence: Interview applicants, perform thorough KYC checks, authenticate identity, income, and vehicle documents, and run CTOS enquiries.
• Smart Recommendations: Prepare sound credit proposals and write-ups to facilitate fast, quality loan decisions.
• Customer Guidance: Guide customers through the Hire Purchase (HP) Agreement and Product Disclosure Sheet (PDS), ensuring clarity, compliance, and proper consent.

Operations & Dealer Support

• Smooth Execution: Key in loan data accurately into the bank system and proactively follow up on delayed approvals and disbursements.
• Dealer Coordination: Provide daily status updates to dealer partners, issue Letters of Undertaking promptly, and facilitate agreement execution.
• Network Expansion: Prepare proposals to onboard prospective panel dealerships and conduct site visits when required.
• Governance: Maintain adherence to departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), audit standards, and regulatory requirements.

Leadership & Team Culture

• Be a Mentor: Guide and buddy up with new team members to foster a supportive, high-performing sales team.

Do You Have What It Takes? (Who We Are Looking For)

• Academic Background: Minimum SPM / STPM / Diploma / Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field.
• Experience Level: Fresh graduates with a hunger to succeed are warmly welcomed! Prior sales experience (minimum 1 year) in banking, auto financing, or the automotive industry is an added advantage.
• Communication & Influence: Strong verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia, paired with natural interpersonal skills to connect with dealers and clients.
• Sales Acumen: Proven negotiation skills, a target-driven mindset, and the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Mobility: Must possess own transport to facilitate dealer visits and roadshows.
• Citizenship: Malaysian Citizen.
