Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Life Sciences, or related.
• 5-7 years in manufacturing/production, preferably within food & beverage.
• Experience in quality improvement and process excellence initiatives.
• Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with statistical analysis and process capability.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), auditing techniques, and compliance.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Drive packaging quality improvement initiatives by identifying and eliminating losses, deviations, and non-conformances.
• Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to improve process capability and product quality.
• Monitor, analyze, and report quality KPI with timely corrective actions.
• Establish and maintain optimal process parameters to maximize production efficiency and comply with standards.
• Champion continuous improvement programs and data-driven initiatives across the site.
• Partner with Packaging, Brewing, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Quality Assurance teams to drive sustainable improvements.
• Support development and implementation of SOPs, process standards, and validations to ensure operational excellence.
• Drive food safety, hygiene, and quality compliance across packaging operations.
• Coordinate change management activities and capability-building initiatives across teams.
• Ensure finished products meet quality standards and foster a culture of learning and improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Life Sciences, or a related discipline
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably within the food and beverage industry
• Experience in quality improvement, continuous improvement, or process excellence initiatives
• Strong knowledge of root cause analysis, problem-solving methodologies, and process control tools
• Experience with statistical analysis and process capability methodologies
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), auditing techniques, and compliance standards
• Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and quality management practices
• Knowledge of packaging and brewing processes will be an added advantage
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Good command of English, both spoken and written
