Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Reporting / Data Analytics professional responsible for generating, maintaining, and enhancing management reports. This role primarily focuses on data extraction, cleaning, and visualization to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and maintain periodic (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual) reports for business performance tracking.
  • Extract data from various internal systems and departments and ensure accuracy in reporting and compliance with relevant policies and audit requirements.
  • Clean, organize, and analyze raw data to produce meaningful insights.
  • Develop dashboards and data visualizations to present trends and relevant key performance indicators.
  • Automate and optimize reporting processes where possible.
  • Work with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and refine existing reports accordingly.
  • Support ad hoc reporting requests and data analysis when required.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in MIS reporting, business intelligence, or data analytics.
  • Experience in the insurance sector specifically bancassurance is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, VBA is a plus).
  • Understanding of data governance, compliance and regulatory standards.
  • Knowledge of SQL for data extraction, reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization platforms is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets accurately.
  • Good communication skills to interact with internal & external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines
  • Ability to leverage AI tools like ChatGPT to simplify tasks
