Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; professional certifications preferred.
• 3–5 years in a Big 4 or equivalent, with risk-based internal audit in insurance preferred.
• Strong data analytics and ability to engage senior management.

Responsibilities

• Perform audits for insurance/takaful operations with quality and timeliness.
• Deliver audit projects per plan, ensuring compliance with Internal Audit Methodology.
• Assist in developing a risk-based audit plan aligned to company strategy.
• Provide expertise to improve control design and audit processes.
• Prepare annual audit plan and committee/EXCO reports.
• Participate in business committees (eg CORC, ESG) from an audit perspective.
