Harmonic Fund Services invites applications for the position of Assistant Manager – Fund Accounting in our Cayman office. The role focuses on fund administration, NAV preparation, and financial reporting for complex investment funds you will review and assist with statements, liaise with investors and managers, and contribute to system development.

You will manage client relationships, support training of Fund Accountants, and help meet tight reporting deadlines across multiple funds.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in a similar role with complex securities and derivatives
• Knowledge of offshore investment industry and fund administration is preferred

Responsibilities

• Review fund NAVs and financial statements in a reviewer role
• Liaise with investors, managers and auditors as needed
• Participate in system development and special projects
• Assist training of Fund Accountants and junior staff
• Prepare or review monthly, quarterly and annual reports
