Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or related field.
• 3–5 years of work experience in risk and control management.
• Strong knowledge of operational risks and internal controls.
• Experience in audit management and facilitating deliverables.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify risks and controls, oversee controls and report losses.
• Implement and manage risk and control framework within IWPB and GCOO.
• Maintain internal control standards and act on audit recommendations.
• Arrange reviews on internal control capabilities across units.
• Highlight issues and provide feedback with recommendations for rectification.
• Prepare and complete management reports on risk and control reviews.
• Ensure business operations follow internal and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with LoD, risk owners and control owners in activities.
• Support incident management processes: recording, reporting, escalation.
• Educate staff on audit requirements and compliance awareness.
• Conduct regular briefings and branch/network interventions.
• Share best practices to enhance the control framework and reduce findings.
• Liaise with regional/group office on key controls and policy fulfilments.
• Support projects improving business risks and control management.
• Communicate with stakeholders to achieve objectives and maintain compliance.
