About the Role

Provide day-to-day SAP functional services covering Financial Asset Management/ Treasury and Risk Management, Market Risk Analysis (MRA), Cash Management (CM), and Bank Communication Management (BCM) for AIA Business Units.

Ensure solutions are consistent with regional templates and align with the regional solution architecture team.

• Perform BAU Activities – Incident and Service Request:
  • Diagnosis, investigation, troubleshooting, and enquiries.
  • Configuration changes/fixes or collaborate with vendors to resolve incidents.
  • Resolve and close tickets within SLA and TAT.
• Perform BAU Activities – Fast Track Change Request:
  • Develop & update Change Scope Analysis (CSA) and documentation (FSD).
  • Configuration/code changes & unit testing, including coordination with third parties.
  • Prepare test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
  • Inform on readiness for Production deployment.
  • Prepare & submit Change Deployment Template.
  • Close ticket upon successful deployment.
• Support end users in system usage, raise SAP proficiency, and act as SAP ambassador.

May require short-term travel, active standby, and shift arrangements. Support Team Manager as needed.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or Accounting.

Experience

• Minimum 6 years’ relevant experience in regional SAP system support across APAC.
• Strong understanding of Treasury, Risk Management, Cash Management, BCM, MRA; experience supporting money market, securities, derivatives, forex products is a plus.
• Experience supporting SAP Center of Excellence/Shared Services and end-user support.
• Knowledge of IFRS accounting/business practices.
• Stakeholder communication skills (finance users).

• Relevant SAP certification.
