Job summary

CACEIS is seeking an experienced professional to support the Business Engineering team with incoming due diligences from Relationship Managers, Coverage and Clients. You will deliver high quality responses to questionnaires, ensure timely client satisfaction, and collaborate across multiple business lines to drive process improvements.

The role emphasizes ownership, resilience and mentoring of junior team members, while promoting standardisation of methodologies and tools within the team.〉

Qualifications

  • Solid knowledge of Financial Markets and related products.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Strong written and spoken English; ability to draft clear documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Business Engineering team on incoming due diligences from RM/ Coverage/ Client.
  • Provide high quality responses to due diligence questionnaires and ensure timely delivery to satisfy clients.
  • Communicate efficiently with contributors from other business lines.
  • Lead analysis and documentation of business processes for efficiency and risk reduction.
  • Promote best practices and knowledge sharing within Business Engineering.
  • Provide cross-functional support for RFPs/RFIs.
  • Mentor junior teammates and drive continuous improvement.

  • Provide high quality responses to due diligences questionnaires and ensure timely delivery to contribute to client satisfaction.
  • Communicate efficiently with contributors from other business lines.
  • Show high ownership and accountability, proactively driving topics to completion and following through on commitments.
  • Manage pressure and changing priorities effectively, while maintaining accuracy, quality, composure and reliability in a demanding environment.
  • Lead the analysis and documentation of business processes, identifying efficiency gains, risk reduction opportunities, and automation/improvement possibilities.
  • Promote standardisation and best practices in methodology, documentation and tools within the Business Engineering team and encourage knowledge sharing within Business Engineering.
  • Provide cross-functional support for RFP’s/ RFI’s.
  • Mentor/junior support: provide guidance to junior team members on methods, tools and ways of working, where applicable. Demonstrate resilience and openness to feedback, learning from setbacks and continuously improving performance.

What will you do?

Project and Change Management
  • Suggest, initiate and participate in business line and business engineering improvement projects.
  • Review, update and enhancement of Notebooks/ Standard Due Diligences/ Procedure(s).
  • Standardize and document processes, workflows and procedures resulting from projects and change initiatives.
  • Support the Manager in managing day-to-day team activities and priorities, ensuring timely delivery of projects and initiatives. Identify, track and mitigate risks and issues, escalating when needed and proposing remediation actions.

Application criteria

Starting date 01/10/2026 Position with management No Minimum level of study Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent Training / Specialization

  • University Degree or equivalent
  • Due diligence experience or experience in transversal function(s) (Product/ process/marketing)
  • Prior experience in business organization/support would be a plus

Minimum experience level 6-10 years
