Job summary

Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Malaysia) Berhad is seeking a CCRIS reporting specialist to handle CCRIS requirements issued by Bank Negara Malaysia, create CCRIS applications, maintain CCRIS data in the back-end system, and prepare monthly CCRIS reporting.

The role requires at least a bachelor degree in finance, banking, accounting or equivalent and a minimum of three years' CCRIS experience, with strong communication and coordination skills across departments.

• Coordinate with relevant departments/branches within the Bank for CCRIS reporting matters.
• Assist in conducting training for CCRIS reporting to relevant departments/branches.
• Support Credit Management Department and assist with due diligence on third-party service providers.

Job description

• Assist to handle all matters regarding to CCRIS requirements issued by Bank Negara Malaysia (“BNM”).
• Responsible to create CCRIS application and update CCRIS application status into CCRIS-B2B system linked to BNM.
• Responsible to maintain CCRIS position at CCRIS Back-End system linked to BNM and preparing monthly CCRIS reporting.
• Coordinate with all relevant departments/branches within the Bank for CCRIS reporting matters.
• Assist in conducting training for CCRIS reporting matters to relevant departments/branches.
• Assist Credit Management Department to conduct due diligence on any third parties service providers and to conduct account checking upon receipt of court orders and/or notices from relevant authorities as and when required.
• Provision of assistance to other areas of duties for Credit Management Department or ad-hoc tasks as may be assigned by Head of Department and/or the Senior Management.

Job Requirements

• At least a Bachelor degree in finance, banking, accounting or equivalent from a reputable university.
• At least three (3) years of working experience in handling CCRIS reporting matters. Knowledge on other regulatory reporting will be an added advantage.
• Capability in working independently and performing multiple tasks within tight deadline.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels.
• PC literate preferably in Windows Microsoft Office (e.g. Words, Excel, etc).
• Conversant either in English and/or Mandarin (both spoken and written).
