Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting functions, data entry and filing of records.
• Assist in daily operations and bookkeeping such as bank reconciliation.
• Input and match sales and supplier invoices with supporting documents.
• Enter all transaction details accurately into the system.
• Reconcile invoices with cashbook or bank statements for customer payments.
• Assist with sales validation and administration of client documents.
• Support senior staff with ad-hoc duties as required.

• Utilize AI-based software tools to streamline and support MBRS-related tasks;
• Review AI-generated XBRL tags and ensure compliance with reporting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP, MBRS taxonomy);
• Handle daily accounting functions, data entry, filing, maintenance and updating of account records;
• Assist in daily operations work and bookkeeping duties (e.g., bank reconciliation);
• Input sales invoices and supplier invoices;
• Match invoices with supporting documents (e.g., sales quotation, purchase order, customs clearance forms, etc.);
• Enter all transaction details accurately into the system;
• Reconcile invoices based on cashbook or bank statements for payment received from customer;
• Assist with sales validation;
• Provide administration support (i.e., proper filing for client’s supporting documents);
• Assist senior with other ad-hoc duties as required.

Job Requirements

• Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or those with full or partial professional qualification (MICPA, ACCA, ICAEW, ICA, ICAA and CPA Australia);
• Possess 1 to 3 years of working experience in audit, accounting, or other related fields. Prior exposure to MBRS or XBRL processes will be an added advantage;
• Proficient in both written and spoken English.
