Job summary

Prudential BSN Takaful Berhad is seeking an experienced Training professional to deliver and manage takaful and banking-related training across the organization. You will ensure accurate delivery of Islamic finance content, engage participants, and support the application of learning.

In this role you will oversee quality and feedback, refine materials, and drive timely execution of programs, with hands-on LMS management and collaboration with HR and business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably in Islamic Finance, Banking, Syariah, HR, Business Administration, Education, or related field).
• 2–4 years in training and development with exposure to Takaful, banking or HR sectors, including hands-on LMS management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training programs using approved content and facilitation standards.
• Ensure accurate delivery of Takaful, Shariah, and product knowledge.
• Engage participants and support learning application during and after training.
• Ensure training sessions meet quality standards and learning objectives.
• Collect and review participant feedback to identify improvements and update materials.
• Timely execution and readiness of training projects; maintain accuracy of materials and platform updates.

• Deliver training programs effectively using approved content and facilitation standards.
• Ensure accurate delivery of Takaful, Shariah, and product knowledge.
• Engage participants and support learning application during and after training.

two. Training Quality & Satisfaction

• Ensure training sessions meet quality standards and learning objectives.
• Collect and review participant feedback to identify improvement areas.
• Continuously enhance delivery approach and materials based on feedback and results.

3. Project & Execution Excellence

• Timeliness of training/project execution and readiness
• Accuracy and completeness of materials and platform updates
• Minimal execution or coordination issues during programs

Qualifications & Experience

• Min bachelor’s degree in any field preferably in Islamic Finance, Banking, Syariah, Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in training and development, with exposure to the Takaful, banking, or HR sectors, including hands‑on experience managing Learning Management Systems.
• Experience within the Takaful or insurance industry is highly preferred.
