Snapshot of the role: Take on a key leadership role in driving the financial performance of the retail division, where you will oversee end-to-end accounting operations, deliver meaningful financial insights. This role offers the opportunity to partner closely with both finance and operations teams, strengthen internal controls, and lead a team towards excellence in reporting, compliance, and continuous improvement in a dynamic, multi-outlet retail environment.

• Take ownership, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent; professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/CIMA/MIA) is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in retail/FMCG or multi-site operations.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to coach and develop a team.
