• Perform and review reconciliation of loyalty point transactions and ensure discrepancies are investigated and resolved on a timely basis.
• Ensure expenses relating to A360, including accruals, prepayments and capitalized assets, are accurately accounted for and recorded within reporting timelines.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including the preparation and review of journals, schedules and reconciliations.
• Prepare management reports, financial analysis and variance explanations for management review.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts and financial projections for A360.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors and assist in the preparation of audit schedules, supporting documents and responses to audit enquiries.

To provide financial analysis and operational support to facilitate effective decision-making and achievement of business objectives.

Perform and review reconciliation of loyalty point transactions and ensure discrepancies are investigated and resolved on a timely basis.

Ensure expenses relating to A360, including accruals, prepayments and capitalized assets, are accurately accounted for and recorded within reporting timelines.

Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including the preparation and review of journals, schedules and reconciliations.

Prepare management reports, financial analysis and variance explanations for management review.

Perform periodic balance sheet reconciliations and ensure outstanding items are properly followed up and resolved.

Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts and financial projections for A360.

Support stakeholders by providing financial information, analysis and recommendations on operational and financial matters.

Ensure accounting records, supporting documents and financial transactions comply with accounting standards, company policies and internal control requirements.

Liaise with internal and external auditors and assist in the preparation of audit schedules, supporting documents and responses to audit enquiries.

Participate in system enhancement projects, process improvements and automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reporting quality.

Monitor compliance with Group policies, reporting requirements and regulatory guidelines.

Provide guidance to team members and review assigned work to ensure accuracy and timely completion.

Perform ad hoc assignments and projects as assigned by the superior.
