Banle Group seeks an Assistant Investor Relations & Public Relations Manager to run cross-border investor communications, prepare compliant IR materials, and monitor market dynamics. You will manage investor data, support ESG reporting, and collaborate across teams to support strategic decisions.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in finance/economics/communications and at least 2 years IR experience with strong English and Chinese skills. Five-day work week and medical insurance offered.

• Ability to extract insights from market trends and investor feedback.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for information disclosure.

Job description

Assistant Investor Relations & Public Relations Manager

1. Cross-Border Investor Communication & Relationship Maintenance

Organize investor meetings, roadshows, online communication and other activities, and convey the company's strategy and operating dynamics;

Regularly collect investor feedback and market public opinion, form analysis reports, and provide references for the company's management to adjust strategies and optimize businesses.

2. Information Disclosure and Material Preparation (Dual Compliance)

Prepare investor communication materials, including company brochure, quarterly/annual report and presentations, website update, meeting notes, etc., to ensure the content is accurate, compliant and in line with the industry;

Cooperate with the internal and external parties to ensure that the company's information disclosure complies with the regulatory requirements and target markets and avoid the risk of information asymmetry or illegal disclosure.

3. Market and Competitor Analysis

Track market trends, policy changes, and competitor dynamics, and regularly output industry analysis reports;

Analyze the company's valuation logic and market positioning, provide IR strategy suggestions for the management based on industry data, and enhance the company's recognition in the capital market.

4. Data Management and Report Output

Maintain the investor database, update investor information, communication records, feedback and other information in real time, and ensure data integrity and security;

Regularly report the progress of IR work, market feedback, etc. to the management, and provide data support for decision-making.

5. Driving ESG Initiatives

Assist Team Head in Group level ESG reporting, consolidating and reviewing internal data from business units, and ESG rating submission;

Handle sustainability projects coordination and monitor the implementation progress.

6. Carry out other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Communications, or related majors.

Important： At least 2 years of proven IR experience in a US-listed or Bursa-listed company is mandatory.

Communication and Expression Ability: Possess excellent oral and written communication skills in Chinese (Mandarin / Cantonese) and English.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers.

Proficient in writing logic, skills, and optimization methods of listed company IR materials, and have successfully output high-quality IR materials for listed companies.

Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Analysis and Insight Ability: Possess keen insight into market trends and investor needs, can extract core issues and potential risks from scattered feedback, and provide forward-looking and implementable suggestions for the company's strategy adjustment

Compliance and Attention to Details: Have a deep understanding of regulatory requirements and information disclosure rules, can independently control the accuracy and compliance of data and copywriting

Can adapt to cross-timezone and high-pressure work scenarios (occasionally), maintain stable work quality, and efficient execution

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Keen interest in the IR and communications industry
