Job summary

Talent Recruit is representing an MNC in Shah Alam seeking an Assistant Finance Manager (Manufacturing) to oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and compliance.

The role requires 5+ years of manufacturing accounting experience, SAP knowledge, advanced Excel, and fluency in English and Mandarin. Working hours are standard with performance bonus potential.

Based in Shah Alam, you will collaborate with group finance and auditors to ensure timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or related field.
• 5+ years accounting experience in manufacturing industry.
• Professional qualification preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP and advanced Excel desirable.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of financial statements, reports and budgets.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Monitor cash balances and cash management activities.
• Generate and review journal entries and ensure compliance with policies.
• Perform analyses of financial data to identify trends and improvements.
• Collaborate with Group Finance for timely reporting.
• Assist in audit, tax computation and transfer pricing documents.
