Job summary

TT Freight Group Sdn Bhd is seeking a delivery support role in Port Klang. You will assist drivers with daily deliveries, load and unload goods, verify documents, and ensure proper handling to prevent damage during transit.

Candidates should be physically fit and willing to work overtime, weekends, or holidays. Teamwork and communication skills are essential, with experience in logistics optional but advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy goods.
• Able to work overtime, weekends, or public holidays when required.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Experience in logistics, delivery, or warehouse operations is an added advantage.
• Able to travel outstation when required.
• Familiarity with basic delivery documentation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the driver with daily delivery and collection activities.
• Load, unload, and secure goods safely during transportation.
• Verify goods against Delivery Orders (DO), invoices, and other shipping documents.
• Assist in checking the quantity and condition of goods before and after delivery.
• Ensure goods are handled properly to prevent damage during transit.
• Communicate with customers during deliveries when required.
• Assist with route navigation and delivery scheduling.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle.
• Support warehouse activities such as picking, packing, sorting, and stock arrangement when required.
• Follow all safety procedures and company SOPs.
• Report any delivery issues, damaged goods, or discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
