Job summary

Radii Global is seeking an Assistant Controller for Global Controlling Business Services (GCBS) to support monthly close, reporting and data analysis across entities. You will partner with international controlling teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.

This role emphasizes Excel automation, FP&A exposure, and presenting insights to management. A Bachelor’s in accounting/finance with 2–4 years of finance experience is required, plus strong analytical and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in Finance or Accounting.
• Foundational FP&A exposure.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office proficiency.
• Solid understanding of accounting standards and financial reporting frameworks.
• Familiarity with SAP FICO or SAP BW preferred.
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, communication and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in compiling and reviewing monthly closing schedules and management reports.
• Manage, update and optimise Excel-based reporting sheets, including formulas, mapping logic and reporting structures.
• Design and update executive PowerPoint presentations using data from core Excel reports.
• Perform data verification and reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting.
• Deliver targeted ad-hoc analysis to support management decision-making.
• Drive automation initiatives and continuous improvement projects for reporting workflows.
• Collaborate with international controlling teams to deliver timely reporting.

Support accurate and timely financial reporting across legal entities, practices, business units and group management. The role combines month-end close activities, reporting model maintenance, management presentations, data analysis and process improvement while partnering with international controlling teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in compiling and reviewing monthly closing schedules and management reports.
• Manage, update and optimise Excel-based reporting sheets, including formulas, mapping logic and reporting structures.
• Design and update executive PowerPoint presentations using data and insights from core Excel reports.
• Perform data verification and reconciliations to maintain accurate and consistent financial reporting.
• Deliver targeted ad-hoc analysis to support management decision-making.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Two to four years of professional experience in Finance or Accounting.
• Foundational experience or exposure to Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A).
• Advanced Excel skills and general proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Sound understanding of fundamental accounting standards and financial reporting frameworks.
• Familiarity with SAP FICO or SAP BW is strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
