Job summary

Petronas Ventures in Kuala Lumpur invites applications for an Internship in Asset & Technology Excellence at the KLCC office. You will collect maintenance data, update Excel/PowerBI dashboards, and prepare simple charts for reviews.

You will coordinate with network focals to resolve data gaps, perform basic analyses, and assist with the Downstream Spare Parts Inventory project for cost optimisation under supervision. This is a hands-on learning role with exposure to data tools.

Qualifications

• Degree holder is required.
• Familiar with data collection and dashboard tools.
• Willing to learn asset management processes.

Responsibilities

• Data collection & dashboard update from PMMS and maintenance systems.
• Basic data analysis & reporting using PowerBI, Excel, or PowerPoint.
• Data coordination with network focals to resolve missing/inconsistent data.
• Assist in spare parts inventory for cost optimisation with supervision.
