Job summary

Destination Resorts seeks a senior asset management professional to lead analysis, oversight, and reporting for DRH's asset portfolio in Malaysia.

You will drive performance improvements, develop data-driven insights, review capex initiatives, and prepare management papers for SMT and Board. The role requires collaboration with subsidiaries, OUs, and stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance/Commerce or related discipline.
• 7–10 years’ experience in asset/portfolio management or investment evaluation.
• Strong analytical and financial capability to assess asset performance and KPI data.
• Ability to drive capex governance and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis and monitoring of asset performance across the portfolio.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/ad-hoc performance reports for SMT/Board.
• Support tracking of initiatives to improve operational effectiveness and asset value.
• Drive capex planning/execution and ensure alignment with business cases.
• Identify value creation opportunities and assess risks and implications.
• Coordinate with subsidiaries and development teams to ensure portfolio alignment.
